Mario Biondi, takođe poznat kao italijanski Berry White, biće zvezda drugog festivalskog dana, 25.7.
Ovaj soul- džez pevač, potiče iz umetničke porodice. Njegov pradeda je bio ugledan slikar, njegova baka pevačica, a otac popularan kompozitor, pa je bilo logično da će i Mario naslediti taj umetnički gen.
Biondijevi muzički poduhvati su mu doneli priliku da nastupa zajedno sa italijanskim velikanima poput Kalifana, Bongusta, i Fiorela, kao i sa američkom legendom Rej Čarlsom.
Imajući u vidu njegov snažan i jedinstven glas, nije prošlo mnogo vremena pre nego što su Biondia počeli da ohrabruju da počne da gradi solo karijeru. Mariov debi album izašao je 2006. godine. Prvi singl albuma Handful of Soul "This Is What You Are ", istog trenutka se zavrteo širom Italije i Velike Britanije. Godinu dana kasnije Blondi je izveo istu pesmu na Sanremo festivalu, što je doprinelo tome da ovaj singl uđe među Billboard's European Top 100 chart.
Mario trenutno promoviše svoj najnoviji album "SUN" koji je producirao zajedno sa pevačem Incognito benda, Bluey-jem. Album sadrži duet sa još jednom muzičkom legendom, Chaka Khan .

Mario Biondi, also known as Italian Berry White, will be the headliner of the second festival day, 25.7.
This soul- jazz vocalist was born of artistic stock in the Sicilian city of Catania. His great grandfather was a respected painter, his grandmother a singer, and his father a popular songwriter, so it was logical for him to inherit that artistic gene.
Biondi's musical pursuits earned him the opportunity to perform alongside such Italian vocal greats as Califano, Bongusto, and Fiorello, as well as American legend Ray Charles.
Given his powerful and unique voice, it was not long before Biondi was encouraged to pursue a solo career. Biondi's debut record was released in 2006. Handful of Soul featured the single "This Is What You Are," which went immediately into heavy rotation throughout Italy and the U.K. A year later Biondi performed the song at the important Sanremo Festival in Italy, bolstering the record's popularity and helping to push it into Billboard's European Top 100 chart.
Mario is currently promoting his latest album �Sun" that he coproduced alongside Incognito lead singer Bluey, and contains a duet with another music legend, Chaka Khan.
